This month, I'm going to talk to you about a very important element for our health: MAGNESIUM ... a must ...
Let's get straight to the point, there's so much to say 🗣️:
✅ If you tend to be sick often 🤧 or if you are sick 🤒, magnesium is a powerful stimulant 💪 of your immune system 👉 it increases your resistance to infections and allows you to heal faster 😁!
✅ If you have pain 😞, cramps 😣 or muscle stiffness 😵 or if you are prone to period pain 😬 👉 magnesium relaxes your muscles and often provides very rapid relief 😌.
Very useful also for recovery in athletes 🏌️♀️⛹️♀️🏊♀️!
✅ If you are in a period of overheating of your brain 🤯: exam period 🤓 (memory) or big work to do 🥸 (concentration), magnesium stimulates brain activity 🧠 and will help you a lot ✌️… be careful not to overdo it… it can prevent you from sleeping 🤔 …
✅ If you are tired 🥱, stressed 😧, overworked 😓, nervous 😟, agitated 😠 👉 magnesium allows a rebalancing of neurotransmitters and calms the nervous system 🧘♀️😌🧘♀️ .
A low dose in the evening can make it easier to sleep 😴 … yes, I know, I said the opposite just before 🙄 … it all depends on the dose … and on each person … you remember ❓ We are all different ⁉️
✅ If you are constipated 😖 👉 magnesium often acts as a miracle cure 🪄!
✅ Also in case of serious injuries 🤕, major surgery 🏥, pregnancy 🤰 and breastfeeding 👩🍼 (there is magnesium in all supplements), excess alcohol 🥃 or in the prevention of cancers and osteoporosis 🦴.

First reflex 👍: increase your consumption of foods that contain a lot of it: vegetables, bananas 🍌, almonds, avocado 🥑, celery, dates, Brazil nuts, parsley, fish 🐟, apples 🍎, brown rice 🍚 (whole grains), oilseeds 🌾, legumes, etc.
But ... in case of increased needs, often food alone is no longer enough 🧐. I therefore advise you to take a small cure here and there to fill the reserves 👌.
Magnesium glycerophosphate, bisglycinate, chloride, citrate, gluconate, orotate are the best assimilated: 300 mg to 1000 mg per day depending on your needs 👍.
Magnesium works very well with vitamin B6 and taurine, this combination is also offered in many 💊food supplements 💊 – very useful for boosting the brain 🧠 for example!
There is no risk of overdose, the excess is eliminated in the stool, this can cause diarrhea 😳, in this case reduce the dosage a little 🙄.
❇️ If you have an inflammatory bowel disease, you probably absorb the magnesium present in your food less well. It is therefore advisable to take magnesium but in small quantities so as not to irritate your digestive tract ❇️.
I can't talk to you about magnesium without telling you about MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE (MgCl) which I particularly like 😇.
It is sold as is or in the form of Nigari, a Japanese seaweed that contains 87% of it.
It is an incredible remedy, easy to use and inexpensive. Its immunostimulant action is remarkable 🤩 …
It can be used externally as a wound disinfectant, very useful for 🧒 children 👧 because it does not sting – also for childhood skin diseases or as a mouthwash if you have mouth ulcers 🙏.
MgCl also seems very useful to compensate for the harmful effects of excessive exposure to screen radiation for example 🙈. If you spend a lot of time behind your 🖥️ computer 💻… like me 🙈, a little magnesium treatment from time to time will do you a lot of good 🐵.
MgCl comes in powder form, often in 20g sachets ➡️ dilute one sachet in a liter of water. Due to its antiseptic effect, it is not really necessary to put it in the fridge… unless it is very hot 🥵.
For Nigari, it will be 3 tablespoons in a liter of water.
❇️ As a preventative measure: 3-month treatment, 2 times a year - 2 x 1dl per day (1 small glass).
❇️ In case of acute illness (fever, sore throat, any acute infections), take the doses closer together while being careful not to cause too much diarrhea.
A small detail that is important ... I must still warn you 😉 ... this MgCl does not taste very good 🤢 ... so ... swallow it in one go, the bitter side fades quickly.
This little discomfort is really worth all the benefits it provides ☺️!
And finally... why not water your vegetable garden with it 👩🌾🐛👩🌾 to enrich it with this prodigious mineral salt ❓
Once a week (1 20g sachet for a 20-litre watering can) and that's it 🐞!
I recommend reading this little book 📖 "Magnesium Chloride" by Marie-France Muller - Ed. Jouvence: an excellent summary of MgCl and all its virtues 👓!
Come on, ✨Miam La Vie ✨ and good week-end to you all 🦋 !!!
