Tip n°51 : Before the break, my message for you …

Health is balance ⚖️, we call it homeostasis or the ability of a system to maintain a stable state despite variations in the external environment.

Alternating periods of work 🙇‍♀️ with moments of rest 😌 is therefore a necessary habit to maintain inner harmony 😇.


These periods when we settle down and rest are also the most favorable for a time of interiority and reflection 💭.

Slow down and contemplate, collect myself, meditate, dream, imagine, project myself, create... here is an overview of the program I have put together 👩‍🍳 for my next vacation 🦋.


Of course, I already have new projects in my pocket 👜 and it’s a real breath of freshness and novelty that hangs in the air 🌬️!

I couldn't end this message without telling you about this important period of the year that we have just gone through: the summer solstice 🔆 or winter solstice ❄️, depending on your place of residence, the northern hemisphere or the southern hemisphere . This tipping point from which the days begin to shorten or lengthen, like a pendulum having finished its course and going back in the other direction.

Who says change, says a need for adaptation for our body and this may correspond to a slightly more fragile time of year 😬 in terms of health.


Therefore, now is THE time to boost your immune system even if in many European countries, summer is slow to show even the tip of its nose 🤷‍♀️.


In Mauritius, I can assure you in any case that winter is indeed here... yes, yes, we have a winter in Mauritius 😆❗️


Well, it looks a bit like your current summer 😅, but that’s another story and I’m already getting lost 😂.


So : boost your immune system.
