Tip n°42 : Water


In the beginning there was WATER 🌊🌊🌊…


In our body there is water 💧, especially 💧💧, and everywhere 💧💧💧, even in our bones 🦴 and even in our teeth 🦷 !


Without water life 🧬 is impossible, without water our body dries up and dies ☠️.


When thirst is there, we are already dehydrated 🥴. WE SHOULD NEVER BE THIRSTY ‼️


Drinking seems easy... and yet... we often don't drink enough 🤷‍♀️.



How much ❓

1.5 liters of water per day is a good start, it all depends on the climate, physical activity, your body size, what you eat, any medical recommendations, etc.

1.5 liters of pure water, coffee ☕️ and tea 🍵 do not count because they both dehydrate.

Tip: 1 coffee 👉 1 glass of water, for each coffee hydrate yourself 👌.


What water ❓

💦 Preferably low mineralized still water (dry residue less than 500 mg/liter - it's written on the bottle).

It seems that the minerals present in water are not used well by our cells. Either way, it is better to get our minerals from our plate 🥗, in the form of fruits and vegetables for example, than from our glass. 👍.


When ❓

💦 In the morning when you wake up ⏰ a large glass of water 🚰 will do the greatest good for your digestive system which will wake up gently 😌.

For those who are tempted, adding a little lemon 🍋 will have an alkalizing effect (the opposite of acidic) but be careful ⚠️, we are not all capable of transforming the acidity of lemon 👉 lemon water n This is beneficial for everyone.

💦 And then, throughout the day, 30 minutes before a meal 🍽️, a little but not too much during and especially not right after.


Is it better to drink large or small amounts at a time ❓

No difference, what matters is the amount of water you drink during the day so follow your preference 👍.


Water is important for many...many reasons:

💦 It is essential for all chemical reactions in your body

💦 It serves as a vehicle for transporting many substances

💦 It maintains your body temperature 🌡️

💦 It serves as a lubricant and shock absorber: watch out for back and joint pain 😣

💦 It is the essential support for the elimination of our waste 👉 if it is missing we become self-toxic.


And it’s not over 😉:

💦 Constipation

💦 Urinary infection (mostly germ-free),

💦 Skin problems (pimples, itching, etc. 👉 sweating becomes more concentrated and therefore more irritating

💦 Fatigue, concentration and memory problems 👉 there is a lot of water in our brain ❗️

 💦 Increased cholesterol

💦 Headaches

💦 Dry eyes, dry skin... everything is dry ‼️


In short: GENERALIZED EARLY AGING 🙈🙈🙈.


Finally, you should know that the less we drink, the less we want to drink and that with age the feeling of thirst also decreases: be careful of our elders ❗️


Drinking is therefore a habit, an essential habit to take care of your health 🤩.
