Tip n°17 : Change of season: prepare your immune system

Here we are almost at the end of the year... already 😅!


Whether you live in the northern or southern hemisphere 🗺️, we are all in the midst of a change of season 🌈.

Yes, this transition leaves behind us summer 🥵 or winter 🥶, to make way 👉 for a totally different climate.

And when our environment changes, it's our body that has to adapt 🙄.

This passage wise 😉 can be delicate for our immune system which is sometimes a little weakened 🥺 by this change, before of course regaining its balance ⚖️.


Isn't it therefore a better time to give you some good advice, just to spend the winter (or summer) well with an immune system that is in top form 💪❓


The following is also valid for all people who feel the need to boost their immunity and their entire body 💪.




👉 I'm going to start with THE base: VITAMIN D!

It's the vitamin that your skin makes when you expose yourself to the sun 🔆 … so when it comes to the sun in Europe, we sometimes spend our turn in winter ☔ and anyway during this time of year, solar radiation ☀️ is not enough powerful than to synthesize a sufficient amount of vitamin D 🤷‍♀️.


Imagine that in Mauritius 🇲🇺 deficiencies are just as frequent as in Europe 🇪🇺!

Yes, yes, you read correctly ‼️ Incredible no ❓

Not that much when you know the often massive use of sunscreen 🧴, sometimes at the slightest ray of sunshine.

Attention ✋, I'm not saying that you have to turn into an overcooked prawn 🔥, what I suggest is that a reasoned daily exposure in the morning or at the end of the day, without cream, for 10 to 15 minutes is a good way to make your own vitamin D, not to mention all the benefits that daylight has on your brain 🧠, among others 👌.


Well, I'm doing a little pirouette 🩰 to suggest that you always ask for the dosage of vitamin D (25-OH-vitamin D3) when you take a blood test 🩸.

It's simple and it can pay off big 🤑😉!!!

End of the pirouette 🩰😆.


But no need to do a blood test before taking the sun 🔆 in drops or tablets: with 1500UI/day of this precious vitamin you risk nothing 🙂 because yes, overdose is toxic.


Phew 😅! That's what is said for THE vitamin of your immune system 💪.


👉 There is another one that will give you valuable services, it's VITAMIN C.

It also boosts your immune system 💪 and a cure as winter approaches 🌨️ (or if you feel the need) is most appropriate 👍.

Choose the delay form (slow release) if possible in order to be covered for the whole day and take 1000 to 2000mg/day depending on your weight.

A second pirouette 🩰 is useful here if you are a smoker 🚬: know that your vitamin C needs are increased tenfold and much more important than your average neighbor who does not smoke 🚭.

Even if your immune system looks like a Super-Hero 🦸‍♂️, I advise you to do regular cures such as: 2000mg/day for 3 months, stop 1 month and so on.

A little precaution ⚠️ is to be taken if you are hypertensive. Usually there is no problem but as a precaution, check your blood pressure as you may be sensitive to it.


👉 MAGNESUIM is also very useful for our defenses and we are all more or less deficient in it at one time or another 😬 because stress, for example, empties our reserves of this precious metal 😬😬😬.

My preference is citrate or magnesium orotate: 500 to 1000mg/day.

Unlike vitamin D, there is no risk here if you take too much, however your intestines will let you know by a little too intense activity and diarrhea as a result, if I can put it that way 😅.

All you have to do is reduce the dose and everything will be back to normal 😅😅😅.


👉 There is also SELENIUM which exists in tablet or liquid form (trace element) but... the best of the tablets remains the Brazil nut: 1 per day and you are ready 👌.


Let's continue our list 📋:


👉 COPPER-GOLD-SILVER-SELENIUM (trace element)


👉 ECHINACEA in mother tincture if possible, for one to two weeks, no more.


👉 THYMULINE 7CH or 200K: I'm a big fan of this remedy!!! And taking it is disconcertingly simple: 3 small granules that you let quietly melt under your tongue 👅 once a week.

It's not beautiful 😆❓


👉 If your health is a little 'fragile' you can supplement with OSCILLOCOCCINUM (7CH or 200K) and YERSIN SERUM (7CH or 200K) at the same dosage: 3 granules of each to be taken together once a week.


👉 And to finish, why not a little LIVER DRAINAGE ❓❓❓

It's THE moment: at the change of seasons!
