Tip 2 : The skin

The outside is a reflection of the inside, so they say ... our SKIN is no exception to this rule ... it is a reflection of the inside ... of our inner self ... of our health status 🌞⛈🌞 .

If you don't have beautiful skin it means that ... inside, something is not quite right ...

But why then ❓❓❓❓


Well, because the skin is what we call an emunctory, that is, an organ that allows us to eliminate waste from our body 🚮🚮🚮.


There are others: the liver (major role), kidneys, intestines and lungs.

Our body, because of the way it works, produces waste 🗑 every day ... so far so normal👌👌👌...

The skin eliminates these wastes by sweating 🥵🥵🥵, it completes the work of the kidneys by the way, its composition resembles that of urine... yes, yes ... as you know 😉 !


Except 🖐... due to our lifestyle, often we accumulate more waste 🗑 than our body is able to eliminate 🚮 ...

Result ➡️ Overload of toxins☠️ , most often acidic, from the body, with the key to sweating 😰 abundant and very smelly 👃 as well as inflammatory diseases such as eczema, acne or psoriasis ... in short, pimples of all kinds ...😱😱😱 ...


So yes, there are different techniques 👨🏻⚕️🧑🏻⚕️👨🏻⚕️ quite effective 👍 to drain the waste from the body and thus help it to eliminate them 🚮, the most important is the drainage of the liver which, with rare exceptions, proves to be much more effective than the drainage of the skin 💪.


But, if we acted upstream ... it might be better, no ⁉️


In short, you can apply all the more or less expensive 🧴🧴🧴 creams you want:

❌ If you don't drink enough water, you'll be dehydrated 😰😰😰😰 and your sweat more concentrated and therefore more irritating 😳😳😳...

A treat for all the little pimples that will become big and sometimes even itchy 🙄...


❌ If your diet is unbalanced: long live milk 🥛 sugar 🍭 good, well-baked baguette 🥖 cold cuts 🐖 and all food with lots of packaging 🍟🍩🍿 especially a very long label 🏷!!!

❌ If you smoke 2 packs a day 🚭🚭🚭

❌ If you don't sleep well 🥱🥱🥱

❌ If you have no physical activity 🛌🛌🛌

❌ If you are not well in your head 🤯🤯🤯 ...not well in your skin as they say, it's so true ...


Those stressful times in our lives are well known to encourage a flare up of eczema or psoriasis ...


❌❌❌ You will not have beautiful skin! CQFD ❗️❗️❗️


But then what should you do ❓❓❓❓ Well, the other way around of course ❗️❗️❗️


The perfect day will look like this 🌈🌈🌈 :

✅ Drink at least 2 litres of water💧💧💧and make it a habit to drink a glass of water🚰 with every cup of tea🫖 or coffee☕️!

✅ Give yourself a treat 😆😆😆 with olive, walnut and rapeseed oil ... raw of course ... and eat avocados 🥑, some fruit 🥝🍉🍏, plenty of vegetables (especially greens 🥗 and oranges 🥕) and fish 🐟 seafood 🦪🦐 (they are rich in zinc and selenium )

✅ If you have sleep problems 😴😴😴, take the bull by the horns to improve or even solve them once and for all ...

Yes, sometimes easier said than done ...

Anyway take care of your sleep 🛏... don't leave it out by telling yourself that anyway you always had problems and that's how it is 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️...

✅ Don't let stress get to you on a daily basis either 😫😤😬 yes ... also easier said than done 😟...

However, there are techniques that can make a nervous system that goes into a tailspin 🌈 more harmonious 🤯 🤯 🤯 ...and if possible, let go of that useless belief that you are a stressed out person that this is just the way it is, that there is nothing to be done 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️..

✅Oxygenate yourself 😮💨 😮💨💨

No need to run a marathon 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️... too much sport speeds up ageing anyway ...

Focus on outdoor activities, when possible and breathe 💨💨💨!


And ... smile 😀🙃😬😆

Smiling has beneficial physiological effects that are too often forgotten ... smiling is good for your morale and for the morale of others too 🥰🥰🥰...


Having said that, we all know that perfection doesn't exist, it would be quite boring ... ... we are "mere earthlings" 🌎🌍🌏 and we do our best day by day ... ... there will be days without 🙃 days with 🙂 ...

Once again, it will all be a matter of balance ⚖️⚖️⚖️ ...
