Recipe : Courgette crudités with toasted pine nuts and parmesan

Here we are again with ... courgette 😃!

If you liked my recipe from last week, this week I've concocted another one for you ... another recipe for apprentice cook🧑🏻🍳 that will delight your taste buds 👅 , it delights mine anyway 😋

✳️ With a peeler, make thin strips of raw courgette ... raw courgette is delicious 😋 too!

✳️ Mix with a small amount of pine nuts that you lightly toast beforehand

✳️ Add a few shavings of parmesan cheese

✳️ Salt, pepper and a generous drizzle of olive oil

✳️ Possibly a little lemon juice 🍋


If you have guests at home and don't know what to make as a starter 🤔🤔🤔 ... this dish is light and tasty at the same time ...

I advise you to try it, you won't be disappointed 👍 !
