Each of us can contribute our ‘small stone to the building’ by cultivating joy 😃, good humor 😆 and… a quality that I particularly like: wonder 🤩.
Okay, that's not always possible 🤷♀️ and there are 'grumpy days' 😩 when nothing goes right and that's fine... too ❗️ And even when things are not going well we can always decide, as best we can, to return to the center, where our heart is ♥️ and to animate one of its wonderful qualities, like patience 😌 or kindness 🤗.
Voltaire said “Let us cultivate our garden”… by taking care of our own garden, each human being contributes to making the world even better 🦋. And by smiling at Life, Life will smile back at you...
